Pricing policy

The posted prices on the LedsExpert.com website may vary from those offered for the same products in store.

Prices are in Canadian dollars.

Provincial sales taxes (QST) and federal taxes (GST-HST) are not included in the prices shown.

The amounts as well as the GST-HST and QST tax numbers are indicated on the invoice.

LedsExpert.com (9030-8438 Québec Inc.) reserves the right to modify at any time the prices of the products offered on the website at its sole discretion.


Services and Delivery charges

LedsExpert.com ships exclusively to Canada through Purolator Courier or Canada Post.

When you order, these rates will be calculated for you through an automated system.

Please calculate usually 1 to 2 business days for delivery in Quebec

and a few extra days for delivery in other provinces of Canada.

A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment.

LedsExpert.com reserves the right to choose the carrier (Purolator or Canada Post) and type of service (Ground or Express) at its discretion.


Method of payment

Our webiste LedsExpert.com is secured and is allowing you to make online payments in total security.

For your convenience and to speed up the process, we recommend that you use the powerful and secure Moneris platform.

As a second-best option, you can also choose to pay by phone.

We accept Visa and Mastercard.


Product availability

LedsExpert makes every effort to display the most up-to-date quantities in on the “Product” pages at any time.

However, we cannot guarantee the product availability.

LedsExpert assumes no responsibility for any inventory shortage, and for any damage resulting or is likely to be.

If LedsExpert cannot deliver any product ordered via its website, a message will be transmitted to the buyer by email or by phone.

The following options will then be offered: Keep order and reception when the product will be available or cancel all or part of the order.


Return of merchandise

Any return or exchange must be previously approved by LedsExpert.

Brand new products and non-defective products returned for restocking are accepted within 90 days of purchase.

These products must not be broken, modified from their original packaging, labelled, marked with pen, etc.

After that, any return or exchange will be refused.

You will be charge a restocking fee of 30% of the price paid by the buyer, excluding transportation fees on all non-defective returned items whose box or packaging are missing.

Products must be returned along with prepaid shipping and insurance fees.

Such fees are non-refundable and are borne by the client.

The delivery of any parcel processed in such a way that LedsExpert has to pay will be automatically REFUSED.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, defective products under waranty will be replaced, credited or repaired.

Any item returned for waranty and being found non-defective after is has been tested will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Refunds relating to credit card purchases will be credited on the same payment card.
